Government spending on bicycling has increased in the past few years because of our advocacy efforts, but it's still far short of what is required to make make cycling in Winnipeg a safe, enjoyable, accessible, and convenient transportation choice year-round.
Please contact your City Councillor, your provincial Member of the Legislative Assembly, and your federal Member of Parliament, and ask for more money to be spent to support cycling.
