April 2009 Strategic Planning Session
The Bike to the Future Board held an internal Strategic Planning Session on Tuesday, April 7th, 2009. The attendees were directors Jackie Avent, Kevin Miller, Curt Hull, Mark Cohoe, Dave Elmore, Jeremy Hull, Karin Kliewer, Liz Erickson, Holly Poklitar, and Rob Cosco, and also Gareth Simons, BttF's rep on the City's Active Transportation Advisory Committee.
As we did last spring, we conducted a PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) process led by Jackie. Here are the notes from that session:

We held a special meeting on April 22, 2008 to discuss our membership structure, outreach strategy and goals for the upcoming year.

March 2008 Strategic Planning Session
Bike to the Future held a Strategic Planning Session on Sunday, March 2, 2008. The attendees were directors Jackie Avent, Kevin Miller, Curt Hull, Mark Cohoe, Ben Goldstein, Dave Elmore, Jeremy Hull, Karin Kliewer, and Molly McCracken, and also members Anders Swanson, Janice Lukes, and Ron Brown.
Almost all of the meeting was spent on the PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) process that Molly led us through, so most other agenda items will be discussed at Monthly Meetings.
